In questo senso, un fattore essenziale \u2013 ma troppo spesso sottostimato \u2013 per comprendere la configurazione di tale istituto cos\u00ec come la nostra cultura giuridica l\u2019ha conosciuto fino a oggi si rivela l\u2019apporto fornito dai differenti modelli germinati a seguito delle divisioni sperimentate nella storia del cristianesimo: non solo quello cattolico, quindi, ma anche quelli rispettivamente propri degli universi ortodossi, protestanti e anglicani. Il presente contributo si rivolge perci\u00f2 agli approcci giuridici sviluppati in ciascuna di queste prospettive, tanto nella loro evoluzione storica quanto alla luce delle discipline attualmente vigenti in ogni ordinamento, per indagarne le specificit\u00e0 e individuare eventuali elementi comuni o contrastanti.
