This stems from their strategic position: information is, in fact, the mandatory (and necessary) link between a \u201ccontact\u201d and any subsequent \u201ccontract.\u201d Consumer protection legislation already pays particular attention to the effective understanding of the contractual text by the contracting party in a position of structural vulnerability, given that, pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 3, of the Consumer Code, the information provided to consumers must be \u201cclear and comprehensible\u201d and \u201csuch as to ensure that it is understood.\u201d Starting from these premises, the essay addresses the topic of bargaining with migrants. who are in a position of vulnerability aggravated by linguistic and cultural differences.
