Filling in public administration forms can be a complex task for many citizens, especially for foreigners, who are the most vulnerable recipients of public communication. This contribution proposes a process of simplifying forms based on the Legal Information Design approach and aimed at foreign citizens, with the aim of improving their usability for a wider audience and with advantages for the administrations themselves.
